At the end of a week-long Care Workshop, a collective performance under the name Smashing is the New Grinding took place in a newly developed urban kitchen structure. Five site-specific wooden forms were placed on a concrete air-conditioning exhaust from underground garages, serving as tools for collective meal preparation. These forms extended the exhaust structure, first providing space for cooking and then transforming into elevated tables for feasting and communal dining.
